Best True Wireless Earbuds Under $100

Now, these are not full-on reviews of each of these wireless earbuds. It’s just gonna be touching on some of the strong points on each one of these.

But if you are interested in checking out any of the full reviews or interested in purchasing any of these, be sure to click the “Check Price on Amazon” button.

So, let’s go ahead and jump right into the Top 10 Best Truly Wireless Earbuds Under $100 this year.

1. Lypertek TEVI

At number 1, we have the Lypertek TEVI. At a price of under $100, you are getting some incredible features and best sound from these best truly wireless earbuds.

Now, this pair has aptX AAC and SBC playback and we never had any issues with dropouts and we have never experienced any kind of lag with movies or videos.

Honestly, the Lypertek TEVI under $100 truly wireless earbuds has given some of the best response we have seen for gaming mobile devices as well.

Now, as far as the IP rating, they come in rated at IPX7. So, this is a pair that you can drop into the water and you don’t have to worry.

As far as the battery life, again this is another thing that’s some of the most impressive we have seen because you are going to get 10 hours on the earbud itself with around 18 hours total using the case.

And on top of that, these best Bluetooth earbuds under $100 also have a fast charge feature where a 15-minute charge is going to get you two hours of use.

Now, the Lypertek TEVI also uses button controls but they do give you the ability to control everything.

So, that is a nice bonus because we have noticed that a lot of other earbuds happen to miss out on giving you volume control.

But we are happy to say that you have control over everything with the Lypertek TEVI best true wireless earbuds under $100.

The sound on these is what makes these special. Now, they do have an app that gives you the ability to just switch between EQ settings.

But to be honest, the sound setting that they are set at right out of the box is just something that’s impressive.

Because this pair kind of leans more towards sounding like a really nice over the ear pair of headphones.

The bass is definitely there. But you can tell that the focal point is the mids and the treble of these best wireless earbuds under $100.

Now, the treble, if you are going to listen at high volumes, might seem a little harsh to some people.

We personally like it because you are able to pick apart every detail, you are hearing everything and you just never feel like you are missing out on any genre that you are listening to.

Now, although, the bass is not as overpowering as some of the other ones, we still like the impact that it has. It doesn’t feel like it’s lacking in any way. It just feels a lot more controlled.

And we guess it’s the best way to explain this. This is a very nice controlled truly wireless earbud under a $100 price range.

You can tell that the focus is on making sure that you hear the clarity and everything and pick up details that some of the others miss out on.

So, that’s what makes the Lypertek TEVI pretty special and that’s what puts them in at number 1 in our list of top 10 Truly Wireless Earbuds under $100.

2. SoundPEATS Truengine III SE

Next, we have the SoundPEATS Truengine III SE in the under $100 truly wireless earbuds list.

Basically what they did was they took the original Truengine SEs which was already one of our favourite earbuds.

They slimmed it down a little bit and they worked on giving you a little bit more while only charging less than $100.

So, this pair uses dual dynamic drivers and it has a TWS Plus connection and what that means is it’s allowing your device to connect to each earbud individually.

So, it doesn’t have one earbud depending on the connection of another.

Now, as far as the Bluetooth codec, you are getting aptX and SBC playback with these best wireless earbuds under $100.

These are coming in rated at IPX5. So, this is the pair that can resist a lot of splashes when it comes to water but definitely, not a pair that you want to submerge into the water.

The battery life on these is very impressive considering that they are powering two dynamic drivers because you are going to get around six and a half hours on the earbuds themselves.

And you are going to get around 30 hours total using the case.

The SoundPEATS Truengine III SE True Wireless Earbuds uses touch controls and we are happy to say that they give you the ability to control everything.

But one of the big improvements these best under $100 wireless earbuds made over the original is they definitely vamped up the volume.

A lot of people felt like the volume on the originals was a little bit low. We think SoundPEATS addressed that and these definitely get a lot louder than originals.

Even though these get louder, it doesn’t get distorted and the sound on these are just excellent.

The SoundPEATS Truengine III SE has really nice bass but it is a lot tighter than some of the other ones on this list.

It’s not overpowering but you can definitely feel the impact of it on these best earbuds under $100.

But we feel like there is a lot more focus on the mids and treble.

The treble has a nice brightness to it and it keeps away from sounding too harsh but it definitely has the ability to pick up a lot of details in the music.

And we think the SoundPEATS Truengine III SE is a special pair and that’s what puts it in number 2 in our list.

3. 1More ColorBuds

Next, on the list, we have a newer pair. This is the brand new 1More ColorBuds.

Now, we feel as special as this pair of truly wireless earbuds under $100 but the only thing that really holds these back are the controls and we will talk about that later.

As far as your Bluetooth Codecs, these have aptX and AAC playback. It’s one of the most solid connections that you will have.

We didn’t experience any kind of lag with movies or videos on these best truly wireless earbuds under $100.

The IP rating comes in at IPX5. So, this is not a completely waterproof pair but definitely a pair that can resist rain or if you sweat heavily.

Now, the battery life on the earbuds themselves you are going to get around 6 hours where you are going to get around 22 hours total using the case.

A huge plus here is the fast charge feature that will give you 2 hours of use with a simple 15-minute charge.

Now, as we said about the controls earlier, we feel like it’s very limited. It does have it where the app will allow you to kind of swap out some of the controls.

So, you are going to get the ability to control your volume but you may have to sacrifice the ability to control something else.

Hopefully, in a later firmware update, you will have the ability to control more on the earbuds without having to sacrifice anything.

But as it is right now, the controls are what’s keeping this from being in our top 2.

We still feel like the sound is what’s putting these over because technically we think they took the one more stylish and just amped everything up in this pair.

So, you are getting a much more punchier bass, a cleaner treble, it doesn’t get close to the point of being bright but there are a lot of details when it comes to these and this just worked great with all genres.

4. Bomaker SiFi 2

Bomaker SiFi 2

Now, next we have the Bomaker SiFi 2 truly wireless earbuds as they come under $100.

They basically took an already great pair and made some very nice improvements and made this kind of a Bomaker when it comes to finding a pair where you don’t have to spend a lot.

The Bomaker SiFi 2 best Bluetooth earbuds under $100 use an LDS antenna which basically means you are going to get a very solid stable connection.

But it also has AAC and SBC playback which is great for people who like to watch movies or videos.

Now, as far as the IP rating on these, they are also IPX7 so again another pair that if you drop them into water, you are going to be fine.

The battery life is also really impressive where you are going to get 7 hours on the earbuds themselves with around 30 hours in total using the case.

And they also have a fast charge feature where a 10 minute charge will give you an hour’s worth of use.

Now, the control on the earbuds are touch controls and we are happy to say that you have the ability to control everything.

But what makes them really special is the sound quality. The sound on these is fantastic and they have excellent range. However, it does have a warmer sound overall.

Now this is a pair that we feel is great for bassheads but it has a lot of excellent details when it comes to the mids and highs.

So, this is not a pair that the bass is going to just destroy everything else but the bass is definitely pushed forward and we really like the impact that these had.

But we feel like the Bomaker SiFi 2 best truly wireless earbuds under $100 is a really special pair that comes in at number 4 on our list.

5. Soundcore Spirit Dot 2

So, at number 5 on the list, is the Soundcore Spirit Dot 2.

Now, this is the pair that comes under $100 and we really felt like these were a baby version of the Liberty 2 Pros which is Soundcore’s higher end earbud in their lineup.

This is another pair where there wasn’t any information on what Bluetooth codec that these use but we had a very nice, solid stable connection. We didn’t have any issues when it came to that.

As far as the IP rating on these, they come in rated at IPX7 and they are completely waterproof. So, this is definitely a pair that you can submerge into water and you don’t have to worry.

Now the battery life on these you are only going to get around five and a half hours on the earbuds itself but you are going to get around 16 hours total using the case.

They also have a fast charge feature where a 10 minute charge will get you an hour’s worth of use.

Now, moving over to the earbuds themselves, one thing that we have noticed is they are very small but because these use the wingtips, we noticed that they stayed in the ears very nicely.

And these best earbuds under $100 weren’t a pair we had to worry about falling out.

As far as the controls are concerned, they do use touch controls but it is very confusing the controls they decided to let you use.

Because these truly wireless earbuds don’t have volume control and they don’t give you the ability to go backwards to the previous track.

You can only go forward and then you can play and pause or summon your smart assistant.

So, we really would like to see them give you additional controls or at least give you volume control and the ability to go back to the previous track.

Now, what makes these best Bluetooth earbuds under $100 special in our opinion is the sound quality.

The sound is very similar to their more expensive models like we said, we consider these a baby version of the Liberty 2 Pros.

Which means you are getting a really nice bass and clean sound. Although, they don’t work with Soundcore’s App like the higher end models do.

We still feel like it sticks to giving you Soundcore signature sound which we really enjoy. Now, that’s what puts the Soundcore Spirit Dot 2 in at number 5 on our list.

6. Sony WF-XB700

Sony WF XB700

Next on the list we have the Sony WF-XB700. Now, this is kind of cheating a little bit because of the price.

The Original price of the Sony WF-XB700 is more than $100 but we found that they pretty much stay on sale all the time for under $100.

So, that’s why we put them in this list and we think they are an excellent pair of truly wireless earbuds in 2020.

Now, we don’t like the fact that they decided to not have these be compatible with Sony’s App which we feel is one of the best apps out there.

So, really you are just getting the sound the way these best truly wireless earbuds intended right out of the box.

Now, this kind of went the route that Apple takes where it doesn’t give you a whole lot of information on what Bluetooth codecs that it uses.

But we did notice that we had a solid stable connection and we didn’t have any lag with watching movies or videos.

The IP rating that’s on these is IPX4. So, this is on the lower end compared to some of the other ones on the list.

Now, as far as the battery life is concerned, it’s very impressive because it comes in at 9 hours on the earbuds by themselves with around 18 hours total.

So, technically you are only going to one charge out of the case before you need to charge it. But they also have the fast charge feature where a 10 minute charge will get you an hour’s worth of use.

The button controls on the Sony WF-XB700 were done a little bit differently by moving the actual push button on the bottom of the earbud.

But we are happy to say that it gives you the ability to control everything.

Then the sound quality on the Sony WF-XB700 really comes back to the name. This is the Sony Extra Bass 700 and there is a lot of focus on the bass.

But luckily, it doesn’t destroy your mids and highs but you really get a very impactful feel. This is a resonating type bass where it feels like it punches but still kind of hangs around a little bit.

There is a lot of attention to the mids. We felt like vocals sounded great in these and the treble was nice and clean.

It does have a warmer tone to it overall. So, it kind of depends on the sound signature that you like but you will definitely not be missing out on bass when it comes to these.

That’s what puts the Sony WF-XB700 best truly wireless earbuds in 2020 at number 6 in our list.

7. Sabbat E12 Ultra

Sabbat E12 Ultra

Now, number 7 on the list is one of those pairs that’s kind of hung around for quite a lot and that’s the Sabbat E12 Ultra.

This is the pair that comes under $100 and the Ultra is basically a revamped version of what was already a great earbud in the original Sabbat E12.

These do have aptX and AAC playback and the IP rating on these come in rated at IPX5. So, again this is not a pair that you can submerge into water.

But still a pair of best true wireless earbuds under $100 that you can wear out and about not have to worry.

And one of the huge things about the Sabbat E12 Ultra is they come with a bunch of different tips.

Comes with two different sets where one emphasizes the bass quite a bit where the other one focuses a lot more on clarity.

So, you really have the ability to have two different types of sound signatures simply by just switching out the eartips.

Now, as far as the battery life on these, you get 6 hours on the earbuds themselves with around 30 hours total using the case.

And the huge plus with these is the case is a Qi wireless charging case. So, we love the ability to just come in and sit our charger on a wireless charger and not have to worry about finding a cable.

So, that is definitely a huge bonus. And as far as the controls are concerned, these do use button controls but they do give you control over everything.

Now, when it comes to the sound quality, what makes these special is the bass that the Sabbat E12 Ultra best true wireless earbuds under $100 has.

It’s some of the most impressive and most impactful bass we have heard out of true wireless earbuds.

So, if you are a basshead, this is definitely a pair that we would point you in the direction of and you are going to feel every impact of it.

But it still sounds great with all genres. The bass doesn’t tend to take over where it doesn’t feel like it needs to be.

The mids has very good clarity when it comes to vocals and the treble still has that nice, clean sound to it.

The Sabbat E12 Ultra is an excellent pair of truly wireless earbuds under $100 in at number 7 on our list.

8. Fiil T1X

Fiil T1X

Next, on the list is the Fiil T1X. Now, this pair of truly wireless earbuds under $100 have app control that gives you a bunch of different EQ settings.

The IPX rating on these best true wireless earbuds under $100 come in rated at IPX5.

So, even with putting the earbuds in, they automatically start to block out your surroundings even though they don’t have noise-cancelling

Therefore, it just gives you a better overall listening experience because you don’t have your outside surroundings interfering with your music.

And then the sound of the Fiil T1X top true wireless earbuds under $100 is extremely nice and punchy. It picks up details very well.

We had a very nice pickup when it comes to vocal range and again like we said earlier, because of the app you do have the ability to switch between different EQ settings to kind of alter the sound in a lot of different ways.

Where many other budget earbuds do not give you this feature and that’s what puts the Fiil T1X coming in at number 8 in our list.

9. MPOW X3

MPOW X3

Now, moving on to number 9, this is the MPOW X3 and this pair of truly wireless earbuds under $100 has active noise-cancelling.

Although, the noise-cancelling is not like anything special on these. It does block out a little bit of the sound around you.

But the reason we put the MPOW X3 on our list, still comes back to the sound.

As far as some of the other features it has, it does have AAC and SBC playback, rated at IPX7. So, again another pair that you can submerge into the water and they will be just fine.

When it comes to the battery life on the MPOW X3, these also get 7 hours on the earbuds where you are going to get around 23 total hours using the case.

The MPOW X3 best wireless earbuds under $100 also uses touch controls and they also give you the ability to control everything.

So, if you are a basshead that just likes to be able to have that subwoofer type feel or be able to just feel the impact of bass without destroying your mids and highs, the MPOW X3 is an excellent pair to look at.

And that’s what puts the MPOW X3 in at number 9 in our list.

10. EarFun Air

EarFun Air

Now, last but not the least, we have the brand new EarFun Air, our pick for the best truly wireless earbuds under $100.

Although, we are not a huge fan of stem style design but just because the sound is so good, it’s kind of hard to overlook them.

In our opinion, this is the perfect alternative of the Apple AirPods Pro. These do have AAC and SBC playback and we didn’t notice any kind of lag with watching videos or movies.

As far as the IP rating, these come in at rated IPX7. So, these are completely waterproof and easily a pair that you can wear anywhere and not have to worry about.

So, you are not missing out on details but you are still getting a nice impact when it comes to the bass and that’s what puts the EarFun Air at number 10 in our list.
